This is probably going to sound unbelievable, but this has been my surgery for many years, I am not a frequent caller as I get on with most issues myself, but on the last 3 occasions I have called I have been denied the opportunity to see a doctor. They simply will not let me see a doctor, instead asking me to explain my issues by text on this stupid app, just for what they say is a triage nurse (but could be a receptionist to be honest) to say that the issues aren't serious enough to speak to my doctor. Lucky they even get a one star. My mum went to a&e on Sunday the 3rd of August and was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome and was advised by a&e to see the doctor the next day anima done on the 4th of August was told she would get a call back hat day, nothing .so we chased it up the next day to be told she already has an existing appointment on the 11th of August and she had to wait. Could not rate this GP highly enough. The reception staff are amazing, the doctors are amazing and do not rush appointments and there are no issues getting appointments. The whole practice works with the other locations flawlessly. Keep up the good work and thank you to all our NHS heroes!
I transferred from Kirkland surgery to this surgery because I was fed up with poor, rude receptionist and unprofessional staff but sunny side staff are so happy and helpful that it eases my anxiety if I ever have to call up. Great professional friendly staff and doctors! 👏 thank you.
Registered at this doctors needed an appointment as I had not spoken to a doctor or had a medication review I phoned for help explaining I was autistic and found online service hard the person over the phone was rude and told me to go online. Once figuring it out the rediclous system kept telling me I needed to call 999 all I need is a medication review and someone to check my ankle as I broke it last year and think I need physio I don't need an ambulance or emergency help.
