lady answered gave me an attitude, said i couldn’t get my test b4 the end of the month and transferred me to another clinic? called back she doesn’t answer for 5m finally does and instantly put me on hold been another 5 still nothing.

I do not know if the people working there are really paid employer. They behave like they are forced to work there and just donot want to do even simple job like answering your question. They do not receive call at all. When they do they just hang up on you when you are in middle of making appointment. And from Next time if they hear your voice, they just keep ignoring and put you on busy tone. I called and asked for help finding a general practitioner. The woman gave me a nasty attitude and then abandoned me to endless hold music. When you are a part of the infrastructure people depend on to receive care, you cannot treat people this way.

They won’t even answer the phone they are lazy they are disrespectful and rude horrible service if I could give zero stars I would!!
