Most of the time I have lived here -- since Halloween 1986 -- I have had good neighbors. Most are decent, hardworking or retired folks. You can have riffraff no matter where you live, and we do have some. My house was already here when I bought it and it is definitely one of the older homes. I pay $260/mo lot rent, which includes water, sewer, and garbage service. It is a good value, when compared with apartment rentals. If you have good heat tapes and maintain your roof, you can live quite comfortably here.
