I have called 8 times attempting to get an appointment rescheduled, to no avail. They’re closed even though it’s office hours, I’m bounced around between three automated systems any time I engage with one automated system, it takes several minutes to even reach an actual person, and when you do, they’re largely checked out. Just an awful experience all around, and I haven’t even stepped foot inside the building yet. Went and the dr didn’t even let me finish telling him my symptoms and he had already came to the conclusion I was not having a heart attack ( which was never one of my concerns) and said I have anxiety. I asked if I could just leave and go to prosser because I felt disregarded and not heard by the dr. He then came back to apologize but it was more of an apology to make sure I don’t complain wasn’t sincere at all. 2 of the nurses were awesome, the dr was not and that’s why I only gave 2 stars

Save yourself the trouble. Go to Prosser. I can't believe this hospital is not up to par with one that is smaller, let alone in a smaller city. I have been there for emergency care, and I was not impressed with the treatment I received. The doctor had no compassion whatsoever. And he had a bad attitude. I only went there because I thought I'd get great service. Nope. Also, I hear they pay their employees poorly. You can totally tell because they look unhappy.
