Clean place, plenty of parking for your boat trailer. Water level is the extremely low, chipped our prop on rocks from Falling in on sides of the boat ramp. Should be cleared out, hard to get footing when pulling boat out off trailer to. Be careful Water level is extremely low, can only use this, ramp and level fluctuates daily. Tried to head out near dam but there are extreme high spots, with some boulders only a few feet from the surface close to shores, on the main lake lots of tree stumps and debris floating all. Was on a drive with a friend beautiful area really did like
The trees in the area needs severe taking care of and trimming off the trails. Medium to large boats scrape the hanging tree branches on the boat ramps. there is commonly lots of debris in the water at the ramp Is obstructing you from accessing the water. There year passes went from $60 to $75. For a pay to enter park they should take better care of the boat ramp area. The Mortgage area is ment for 2 boats to park in 1 slip, it's not adequate for 2 boats over 5ft wide. It was probably good in the 80's and 90's but not now, t... read more
