RecommendedWe were in need of having our mother’s awning put back up after painting. They came immediately, did an outstanding job and did not charge us. Kudos to them. Our family wholeheartedly recommends them!
They do not care about your business. Don’t follow up on calls. If you can’t do that then I wouldn’t trust you to do work.
They have gotten really bad over the past few years. Do not return messages or phone calls. Sales people are casual and not caring, with very poor follow though. The last case 6 months ago, after finally getting someone to meet me at the house, took all the information including the fabric to be used and couldn't get them to follow though to do the job. They did good work a decade ago on my rental houses. The current owner is ready to retire and doesn't have common since for attentive customer service or general business.
By returning phone call. If you don’t want business from people then don’t offer the product. Never returning ones phone call is about the most unprofessional thing to do
