I had a problem with the car's electricity, so I went to him and the owner, who is Russian, and I'm sorry I forgot his name, welcomed me. He is a humble and honest person. He examined it with Louis, a specialist in hybrid cars, and told me that the problem was with the battery and that I had to replace it. He did not charge me a single dollar for that. Brought my 2004 Toyota Camry in for an inspection and an oil change. I called them later in the evening after not hearing from them, and they told me that my car failed the inspection but didn't tell me why, and said they'd call me back within the hour with a quote on repairs needed to pass. Not only did they not call me back, I had to call twice the next day to get anyone who could finally send me the quote, which took 2 hours of phone calls.
