Took my car under full Acura factory warranty here for service and they caused damage to the vehicle and pretended like they didn't. After many attempts to contact them, they simply ignored me and did nothing about it. I was also over charged for the service, which took 30 minutes in person to refund on the computer while I stood there. The service was sub par, leaving the car dirty, and issues not fixed, needing to be re-done for a second time. This business put profit ahead of customer loyalty.
