Do not use this service! They are unreliable and unprofessional! Scheduled an appt. via email and the day they were supposed to come out I call approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled appt. time to see if they were on their way and Matt says “They’re not there yet? Let me call them and find out.” Ok, fair enough. However, 15 minutes pass by and no call back to let us know if and when anyone will be showing up.
