I paid almost one hundred dollars to have my car towed to this shop. Before my car even got there I was told that since it was a weekend my car would go up and be worked on first thing Monday morning. In total my car was at the shop for 3 weeks, and if it was ever actually looked at it was at the absolute last minute before I paid to get it towed to somebody who would actually dane to look at my vehicle. I was looking to replace my brakes and rotors and it was quick availability and reasonable price and included a 2-year warranty and my brakes are cutting like butter lol I feel safe driving me and my son around
We went to try to get a replacement tire for my exploded tire and they turned us away due to not getting all 4 tires for my AWD. We told them if they sell us one, we will even come back to get the other 3 and they still turned us away. Was very rude and didn’t care to try to help us. Will never go back there and won’t recommend.
It has been a few months since I got my jeep back from Sunny’s and I have mixed emotions about my experience. I had brought my 2017 Jeep into Sunny’s because I was advised (from Firestone) it had a blown head gasket (and Christian brothers wanted to charge me $12k to fix it) and Orrette (the owner) ended up looking it over and advising me it was the oil cooler, not the head gasket. He took the time to explain to me how the oil coolers are plastic with most mopar vehicles and advised I get a metal one so we went with that. I ... read more
Have car trouble? Bring it down to Fountain/Security area. Orrette will take care of it for you. Reasonably priced and the job will be handled professionally and with much care. Needed my alternator replaced along with the pulleys for the serpentine. This guy is so thorough with his work, he recommended to replace another part which was the thermostat.
