I emailed him about our experience and he was very kind in addressing the issue. I am happy with how he resolved the issue. I sincerely appreciate that he was able to help us, and I only wish that we had this level of customer service on our spa day. Wonderful staff and excellent service. I’ve been coming to Sunny Spa for about 4 years now, and I honestly love this place! Everyone is always so friendly, welcoming and professional. The spa is always spotless and beautifully maintained! David is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels comfortable and well taken care of. Nothing but high praise for this place - staff, services, and amenities are all excellent. I had a number of massages across a stay at Seabird, and the quality was top notch. Breezy in particular was really good at working with some tricky knots in my shoulders. Rio and David at the front desk are also awesome, despite not being local I want to get a membership just because of how much I enjoyed it. I booked a deep tissue massage expecting a treatment focused on relieving muscle tension and working on deeper layers of muscle. Instead, the session was centered more on removing my “energy,” and involved mostly being rubbed with oil rather than receiving what I would consider a deep tissue massage.
