I have been here several times . BUT this time was totally VERY DISAPPOINTED. I made a reservation for 90 MINUTES COMBO of Foot and Body massages . After PAID , I requested at the front desk , I asked if i can have 30 mins foot and 1hr body massages . The lady up front said ‘’NO , if i want 1 hr for body i have to paid the different for deep tissue which is $30 extra ‘’ ??? I NEVER heard that before !!! Went this morning for a little mothers day massage with a group of moms. Price was excellent full body for $40 + tax- 40 minutes. I am pregnant, so I wasn't sure what to expect as this wasn't a prenatal massage. My sister-in-law called to confirm they would be able to massage me, an could accommodate (not laying on my stomach) They reassured us this would not be an issue. Terrible service. Made a reservation for couples deep body massage, along with foot detox. When we get there she asking what’s services I want and was trying to get me to change what I wanted. What’s the point of reservations? So when it came down to pay, She’s overcharging me an extra $20. When I asked about it she got hostile but when I told her I’ll go elsewhere she wanted to compromise literally asking me “how much I wanna pay”. So me and my wife left. This happened the day before Mother’s Day.
Best place in town!
My daughter and I received a great massage. The staff was friendly it felt great they were busy and very clean.
