The rent has gone up by 10% EVERY year that I have lived here, 4 years in a row. That's like $80 a month for people on social security. The materials that were used to construct it were the cheapest possible materials that can be used. If you're handicapped, forget it. Only one portion of the apartment building is accessible to wheelchairs, and there are only approximately six handicapped parking places. If you live in the side wings, forget it. Terrible, uncompassionate, and just downright rude new property management. Wouldn’t ever rent here with such a terrible person running the property.
