He was quick to call back and give me a time of when he could make it to my place. My first home with a septic tank and he explained to me how it all worked and was willing to answer any questions I had.
Called them because we had an issue with our tenants septic tank guy came over and didn’t even service the right home. As soon as he arrived this guy was very arrogant we asked questions and the way he would respond was very rude. Overall very bad customer service. Do not recommend
They were great in an emergency (poo flooded basement)! However they don't call you if they need to reschedule to another day or running very late. A different, less urgent, plumbing event I had to reschedule 3 times, no outreach from them. Maybe they need a scheduler/secretary to give call backs?
