Can't really remember how long I've been on Sunnymere's Board but it's been such a rewarding job. Sunnymere is a non-profit residence for seniors in Aurora and one of the area's best kept secrets. Philosopy of operation focuses of making it the most home-like, affordable residence possible for seniors and others who can no longer live at home. Now they have a new home with a comfortable family-like atmosphere, surrounded by caring, loving people.
My Dad has been at Sunnymere for 5 years. I couldn’t have found a better place.
I had the privilege of being Sunnymere 's Executive Director for 18 years. It wasn't a job, it was a labor of love. I loved the residents and my staff. They were all about taking care of and loving the residents. I think about them often in my retirement, and I am so thankful to have had the privilege to work there and call it my second home. God bless all.
It's the best place! My mom was there and couldn't have been happier. The food was great too. You will never meet a better staff! They are the best!
I have worked there 22 years its GREAT! All the Staff care and love our folks ! We are the best kept secret in Aurora !!!!!
