I try to use this hospital as my go to because it’s close to home. But what I find is if you try to get in the same day, they don’t have openings, but then they can’t even squeeze you in and then if there’s a no-show, it’s too bad they don’t can’t fit you in even with those situations to fill-in. i’m coming to the conclusion that as a pet owner you need several veterinarians that know your animals. Recently my cat was ran over by a car I wasn’t home at the time but neighbors informed me. They told me they put her inside their car and she was still moving a bit. I would extremely appreciate it if you would be able to verify if a cat female was brought to this hospital. I can send photos or anything to help verify. This happened one week ago I have emailed and messaged multiple animal hospitals but no luck. I just want to know if she’s ok or if she has passed. Thank you

This has been our Vet for years for routine vaccinations and such and thankfully, we never really had an urgent matter until recently. Our dog is not well, have called several times for results of testing. Told the doctor will call back by the evening. It's been over 10 days and no communication. However if you accidently go to your vehicle after leaving your pet for treatment, they are running out to stop you and calling immediately for payment.
