Hi folks Ive have checked this Apartment Place out last year and this year too and I do like the appearance of this property and its Clean, I like the design of the buildings it looks like nice place to live but since the majority of the city drives rather than walks ill mention the questionable speeds of some California driver on Temperance & especially Bullard. Lots of gangsters in 4 door white, black, and dark blue cars like to bully or trap some other vehicles pushing them to go way past speed limit in these areas. I wou... read more
I love living at SunnyHills. The community is clean, quiet, and all the residents are respectful. Hilda is great at keeping things fun here and well kept!
