Called, emailed, inquired, left voicemails… never got a response back. Really wanted to relocate back to my hometown but eventually found another apartment location. Bad communicators!!! Don’t bother wasting your time reaching out.
Have lived here over 20 years. Quiet well maintained but there have been a steady reduction in services. First they stopped trash pickup. Then they took away mail delivery to our doors. Now they have moved laundry services offsite. They also do not abide by rent control. It seems like they want the older tenants out.
Malissa is great at office staff. Made things very easy and always responsive.
The leasing agent Melissa was super helpful. I was moving across the country and she did everything she could to make the experience as easy as possible.
Melissa was so helpful during the entire process. She answered all of our questions!
