I almost paid cash for a mobile home here until I had to deal with the park manager! I loved the park and the community and almost paid $16,000 cash because I loved it so much and thank goodness I meet the park manager before I gave them my money because she was very rude and off-putting. It seems as though we didn't meet her personal criteria from the beginning. Glad I dodged this bullet. Park is nice but management will make your stay here miserable!!
