We live off grid and needed new batteries. Sunny Cal Solar ungraded us to lithum ion. They were fast and solved all the technical issues with the new changes. Working for this company was good at first. I really liked Steve and everyone I worked with except for one person who worked in the office. I was happy working at this job despite being late often, Steve and I got along well. I had a bad experience when I worked a regular 8 hour shift and then rode/drove down to So Cal which took about 11 hours total. I was having trouble getting Sunrun to replace my inverter, so emailed Sunnycalsolar for help. I was searching for an inverter and Steve at Sunnycalsolar helped me out and advised me that my old inverter manufacturer was no longer making residential inverters. He had useful information and replied promptly to all of my emails. And thanks to his knowledge, I got Sunrun to do something! If I have to buy anything for my solar system, it will be with Sunnycalsolar!!! Awesome service, friendly and helpful!!!
I had a sort of outside-the-box project… mounting a panel on the roof of my car that I use like an overland camper. Sunny Cal did a great job! Everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m totally happy with the result.
