Only cleaned half of the rear of the vehicle
The gate was not working. Only one person working. The employee Opened the gate manually and we went through got to the end and nothing happened no water no nothing . Asked for a refund and was told no .. not cool if your business is not working properly ok but then you should be able to give money back.
For $25 dollars I expect it to be a lot cleaner than this. How do I get my $25 dollars back because this is unacceptable.
Got a car wash there 7/17/2025 in the evening and had oily film all over my SUV. Went back the next morning & was told they had to shut it down after my wash because of a hydrolic leak. My paint & windows are still smeared!
