My mother needed rehab after a bad fall to get her back to the mobility she had before the fall. She's never been in a rehab facility before. Even though she was only there for one week, most everyone was nice, helpful, and caring. I was a patient there for several months and in the beginning things were very nice. As time went on, I found that the Aid assigned to my room were very cold and indifferent. I had one Aid that refused to help me get back in bed even though I kept telling her I couldn’t pick my legs up. She told me flat out I’m not helping you and walked away. I have had a great experience with nursing and Rehab staff at Sunnybrook. They do an outstanding job. My nurse K was great, very kind and responsive. Eliseo and all the Therapy Staff were great. So many nurses helped me I can't name them all. The CNA Yuna was so kind. These people greeted me with such kindness and treatment with such care' I felt like I was home. Thanks so much Sunnybrook!!!!

Let me just start by saying, there is NO perfect Nursing facility.. IF that’s what you’re looking for!! . Everyone is gonna have some type of issue somewhere, if it’s a $6000a month (4000 is the average) Nursing Facility to a $251 a day Nursing facility.
