“ No one answers a bell, waiting for hours for someone to help you get to the bathroom or bring you meds. No one should have to wait long periods of time for things like this. I cannot say enough nice words about my stay here at Sunnybrook. The ladies and men who made sure I was clean and comfortable were wonderful. My meals were very good, tasted like my home cooking and not institutionalized cooking. Rehab personnel were unbelievable, they had a way of convincing me I could do anything I set my mind to and, guess what, I did it. Everyone had a smile for you, no matter you were doing. The management team is professional and works well together. During my recent interview, I was impressed by their punctuality, respect, and thoughtful questions, especially about how I would work with the team to provide quality care for residents. The facility has a calm, clean, and peaceful environment, which I noticed as soon as I walked in.
My Father stayed here for almost 2 months. Our experience is fair. I think most of the staff were very nice. Leslie and Kendra (Kenya? I apologize, it's been a few weeks) Duane from the PT dept, De'sember, nurse K. There are others of course that were also amazing. There were some experiences not so great.
