I have had a great experience with nursing and Rehab staff at Sunnybrook. They do an outstanding job. My nurse K was great, very kind and responsive. Eliseo and all the Therapy Staff were great. So many nurses helped me I can't name them all. The CNA Yuna was so kind. These people greeted me with such kindness and treatment with such care' I felt like I was home. Thanks so much Sunnybrook!!!!
Let me just start by saying, there is NO perfect Nursing facility.. IF that’s what you’re looking for!! . Everyone is gonna have some type of issue somewhere, if it’s a $6000a month (4000 is the average) Nursing Facility to a $251 a day Nursing facility. “ No one answers a bell, waiting for hours for someone to help you get to the bathroom or bring you meds. No one should have to wait long periods of time for things like this. I cannot say enough nice words about my stay here at Sunnybrook. The ladies and men who made sure I was clean and comfortable were wonderful. My meals were very good, tasted like my home cooking and not institutionalized cooking. Rehab personnel were unbelievable, they had a way of convincing me I could do anything I set my mind to and, guess what, I did it. Everyone had a smile for you, no matter you were doing.
