These guys are first class. My tire was going flat while I was traveling on 81 and they took me right in changed my tire and were super friendly. And they didn't even know it was my birthday! Super friendly. Thank you all!
So the "$49 tuneup" for a mower is includes an oil change. Except they charge extra for the oil. And the spark plug. And the air filter. They also decided to do extra work I didn't authorize. My $49 tuneup (so I guess that fee covers, what, 10 minutes of labor to sharpen the blade?) cost $76. No $30 isn't going to break the bank, but it's a ripoff. No big deal. I'll go elsewhere next time, and I'll go ahead and do my best to make sure others do too.
Half a star would be very kind! After working next door for 30 years I thought it would be a great thing to have a shop/mechanic we could count on. After numerous "inspection" gone bad and costly, I gave in one day when my car broke down on the way to work. After contacting I drove over and left it. I get a call saying parts werent available till next day, I called a ride home. The next day I get a call saying " it wasnt what we thought it was, and we have no clue" I said "so what do I do" , to which I get "just come get it ... read more
