I have been a regular at this clinic since 2018 and am writing this 5 star review specifically for Dr May Lin. Since 2018, I have seen 3 other doctors for major and minor issues in the same clinic and from period to period, I felt the need to change GPs because I wasn't satisfied with their diagnosis of my symptoms (two doctors told me that pain in the lower hip region as well as other discharge and period related issues were normal for women, one told me to eat the contraceptive pill to regulate my conditions, when later af... read more
I had a terrible experience with Dr Ming Lin on 14 June. He lost my son's original medical documents (ED discharge referral from a Sydney hospital and the AIG insurance form) that I provided on 6 June, then raised his voice at me in the reception area in front of other patients when I asked for the originals back. He claimed once they have done the scanned, they won't keep your original documents. Dr Jeremy Tan is the best GP I’ve ever met. He’s extremely caring and thorough, patient and well-skilled. He takes his time to understand my needs in every consultation. I am grateful to have him as my regular GP!
