I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent consultation with Dr Xue Jun. I found the interaction to be very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The doctor came across as dismissive and lacked basic courtesy during the consultation, which made communication difficult. Dr Jun Xue was very impatient and unprofessional. He was unwilling to listen to the patient’s needs and concerns, and spoke very rudely. I did not receive any useful advice from the consultation, and I still had to see another doctor afterwards. It was a complete waste of time.

I’m very disappointed with my recent consultation with Dr Melody Tung. I attended the clinic after experiencing ongoing symptoms for over a week. I had already seen another GP at another clinic previously and was advised to return if my condition did not improve. As that GP was on leave, I booked with Dr Tung at this clinic.
