I was happy with this clinic until I met Dr Jun Xue today. He was very impatient and spoke very rudely, which was pretty shocking….definitely won’t see him again… A very unpleasant experience…
I have been a regular at this clinic since 2018 and am writing this 5 star review specifically for Dr May Lin. I had a terrible experience with Dr Ming Lin on 14 June. He lost my son's original medical documents (ED discharge referral from a Sydney hospital and the AIG insurance form) that I provided on 6 June, then raised his voice at me in the reception area in front of other patients when I asked for the originals back. He claimed once they have done the scanned, they won't keep your original documents. Dr Jeremy Tan is the best GP I’ve ever met. He’s extremely caring and thorough, patient and well-skilled. He takes his time to understand my needs in every consultation. I am grateful to have him as my regular GP!
