Very unpleasant experience at this GP practice. I was spoken to harshly by Dr Lin for briefly taking a phone call, despite there being no one else in the waiting room. It was pouring rain outside, and I was simply calling my partner to let him know I had arrived at my appointment. The interaction with Dr Lin made me feel very uncomfortable going into the appointment that followed. I would not recommend this practice if you are looking for professionalism or to be treated with respect.
Such a positive experience. From reception to the consultation, everyone was kind and professional. Dr Ming responded to my injury promptly and referred to a great surgeon for me. He is thorough and approachable. It’s reassuring to find a clinic that truly cares about patient wellbeing.

Dr Ming Lin is the GP for all of my family member， he has take care of my family for many years. He is very professional and patience. Every time we have a problem, it is dealt with promptly. He is also a very kind person and the doctor we trust the most. We are very grateful to him.
