Dr Nelson Gonzalez has truly changed my life. I’ve been seeing him since 2021 to manage and treat endometriosis, and we eventually came to the decision to have a total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingectomy in August 2025, as my previous laparoscopic excision only provided relief for two years. I saw Dr Jill and it was a horrible experience, I had a flare up while waiting over a hour and a lady who's appointment was after me at 9:45am went in before my time at 9:15am I was very distressed and the doctor was not supportive or comforting. The receptionist gave me lemonade which was the only good thing I'll say. The doctor just said what i already knew, told me to look at resources like Bein and the pelvic foundation and just pushed amitriptyline and hormonal contraception and said surgery isn't a option yet and check... read more
