They hung my cashmere sweaters by the shoulder on thin wire hangers after dry cleaning them. I see shoulder bumps on my sweaters now. I really hope they are not permanent. Sweaters are usually folded and hung across the flat part of the hangers when coming out from dry cleaners. I guess they only care about cleaning the clothes but never really care about how they can ruin customers' clothes by improper handling after cleaning them.

I've been coming to Sunny Town Cleaners And Tailors for several years now and have always had a good experience. Their alterations work, especially on dresses, is consistently well done and reasonably priced. They're honest about what can and can't be altered, and they stick to their promised timelines. I brought in two trench coats—one Burberry and another from a different brand. They refused to clean the Burberry, saying the texture was unusual and they didn’t want to deal with the leather belt. They referred me to another location for that one. However, they assured me they could handle the second trench coat. I now deeply regret not taking both coats to the other location.
