Doy 1 estrella porque no me deja ni seleccionar ninguna. Son pocos confiables, mi hermana contrató sus servicios, dieron un precio sin ni siquiera ir a la propiedad, y la HOA no aprobó la solicitud de la construcción de la cerca y a la hora de devolver el depósito se quedaron con $1000. No hubo transparencia.No se los recomiendo sinceramente. Que Dios los bendiga y los ayude actuar con más honestidad y consideración hacia sus clientes
Would not recommend them at all, they are liars and take advantage of people. They lie and say you will need more ft of fence than you actually do to charge you more money, found out this after receiving other quotes and getting the right measurements. BELIEVE ME GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO OTHER COMPANIES NOT TO THIS ONE. We are already in the process of reporting them with the BBB and other measures we are taking to guarantee no other people will go thru what we went thru with this company.
No los recomiendo, le cobraron el dinero a mi sobrina sin ir a medir ni siquiera se acercaron a la casa y el HOA no aprobó el permiso porque lo hicieron hasta con una dirección errónea y le robaron mil dólares, ya que cuando devolvieron el dinero no devolvieron 1000$ no se dejen estafar, hay personas que hacen miles de sacrificios para ahorrar dinerito para que gente tan mala les robe.
I would NOT recommend this fence company. From the beginning, the experience felt unprofessional and pressured. Carlos repeatedly called me asking me to apply for financing, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured into moving forward quickly. What makes this even worse is that nobody from the company ever came to my property, and I never met anyone from the company in person during this entire process.
