The plumber efficiently identified and fixed the pipe issue, ensuring everything was restored to working order promptly. Overall, a reliable service with clear communication throughout the process.
The issue was a worn-out washer causing a persistent drip, and the plumber efficiently replaced it within an hour, ensuring the new one was seated properly. I appreciated that he took the time to run multiple tests to confirm everything was resolved before leaving.
