The bulbs desperately need to be changed in both the lay down beds. The 12-minute bed hasn't had the gave bulbs available as long as I have gone and regardless does not give much of a tan. The 20-min bed is obsolete because the bulbs have never been changed. Theres 2 stand ups that are available and only 1 of them really does anything and its so intense that only people who have been regularly tanning can use it.
