Sunny Side has been our go to for a while now. Cody has been insanely helpful of every step of the process. Helped us navigate insurance, and even got us an upgraded roof over a simple replacement. He's quick, prompt and on-time. Fair pricing. Would recommend. Sunny Side is saved in our list of contractors to never let retire. We tell all our friends when they mention roof issues.
Working with Cody was an absolute delight. I was in a bad situation without adequate insurance and he worked with me to fix my roof for a reasonable price. His crew was very quick in patching the roof and then he did all the detail work himself, fixing the rotted fascia and soffits. It is really nice having the owner of the company there doing all the detail work to maximize client satisfaction. I really can’t recommend this company enough. Cody is very kind, honest, and hard-working.
I had a couple of architectural shingles fall off my two-story roof and needed a quick repair. Sunny Side was extremely responsive - they commented on my post where I was asking for recommendations and estimates, reached out to me immediately and provided a clear written estimate the same evening. Used them for a small painting project. Excellent communication, and friendliness. Showed up and completed work right on schedule. Will be using them for projects moving forward where I can.
Chad and Gabe were very professional, quick and worked within my budget. I will definitely recommend them and hopefully will be working with them again in the future.
