I can't tell you how bad my experience was with airbnb. They are like robots. The cancelation wasn't very clear and I read it to them over and over again. The host Tricia wouldn't even take my calls. Not once. Go to a hotel where you get your deposit back. My trip was over 2 months away and they won't give me a penny back. The supervisor Damielia was worthless. The reservation was for Jackson Hole and the Title was Comfy Cozy Slopeside Condo. Beware!
