Most unreliable mechanics. Do not go with them! I called to set up just a door window being fixed. Not the power part. Just to get the glass unstuck from the door. Never showed up. Hung up on me when I called to find out the estimated time on arrival to then be ignored every phone call and text. Thanks for wasting my time.
Sergio is super nice and the guys that came out to replace my windshield were super nice. They did a good job replacing the windshield but scheduling was a nightmare. The issue was they were supposed to replace my windshield on a Tuesday but they wouldn't tell me when they were coming. So I took off work to be home all day. I don't hear anything so I check in at about 2:00 to find out where they are. Sergio tells me I'm the next in line and he will let me know ASAP. My car window was broken, which made me very upset. I called this company. They contacted me very quickly. And after a while they changed the car window. They are very experienced people. They have very good manners.
