We recently spent a night at Sunny Shades Resort and really enjoyed it. This is your classic traditional cottage resort with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a beautiful location on Rice Lake. The cottages have been fully renovated this year, and are clean and comfortable. There are kayaks and canoes available for guests [pontoon boat at extra charge], and the on-site store is a nice convenience. I really loved this resort! Gorgeous renovations and the pool is crystal clear. Prices are very fair, and the hosts are extremely friendly. Perfect for families or couples looking to get away!
