Management is responsive to maintenance issues. Have a great relationship with my neighbors. The apartments are good sized. My only complaint is the laundry room needs to better maintained
This is a nice little community that’s both quiet and gated, which I really appreciate. Most of the residents are very friendly and welcoming. There have been a couple of individuals who seem particularly sensitive about dogs being walked near their units to which I have respectfully began walking my dog away from those units. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a bout a month so far everything has been great! The apartment is in good shape, we fell in love when we first viewed it. Move in process was quick and easy. Our neighbors are super sweet and have accepted us as their own. Was skeptical at first but since being here things have been great! Management and repair services have been attentive and have responded quickly as well!
Lived here for 2 years now & no Major issues. Anytime something needs fixed maintenance comes within a day or so and takes care of it, a few rowdy neighbors but you’ll get that no matter where you go. It’s quiet for the most part & our apt (2 bed 1bath) is very roomy and comfortable. Overall a good place to rent & worth what you pay. I’d recommend to small families, couples & single occupants.
