The Reserve at Sunny Oaks is what it is now, new owner and completely renewed park. Great place.
Sunny Pines is the sister park to Sunny Oaks a few blocks down the street. Sunny Pines is for long term stays.This park is extremely quiet. We have been here a few months now and I am simply pleased with how quiet it is. Most of the residents in this park are retired or work from home but even with the coming and going from a few families who do work, it is still a very quiet community.
