Sunny Pine have provided a home for our loved one. He is able to live a full life where he engages with his community. It is the Carers professionalism and genuine care that has made this happen. The staff and management have always engaged with family to overcome any issues or concerns. It is very comforting to hear the House Manager, Victor easily describe the needs of our loved one with such clarity that we knew he was in the best home for his care. SPHC Have been fantastic when working with mutual participants. Their staff go above and beyond and have great mannerism. The company has great attention to detail and are able to problem solve on the spot and report where necessary. I really appreciate the time and effort when completing a participant transition, especially regarding a manual handling and risk perspective. I highly recommend.
