What a cracking team here. People do not remember what you say, they remember how you made them feel. They made me feel great in every interaction.
The team at Sunny Pine are fantastic! Having visited a couple of their SIL homes, it is clear to see the wonderful care being provided to the residents. Even the office staff know all the residents and spend time with them, which is something not a lot of providers can confidently say they do! It's so important for everyone in the business to know the operations inside and out as well as be familiar with the people they are supporting.
