No one ever returns your calls!
This doctor and or facility is a total joke! I was referred to him 3 months ago, and even after leaving several messages and calling several times, I've gotten no response. Don't go to him!
My husband is at End Stage COPD & sent a message to Dr Pandita via Patient Portal with no response! It has been 10 days since the first initial outreach, sending a message, concerning his health concerns. He has called Panditas office & has spoken to his nurse, Natalie, whom assured him that she would ask Pandita to reply & still no response. It is such a shame on the health/medical field that a doctor would charge a patient a hundred dollars and put him as a "no-show" when he did indeed show up, yes, late, 15 minutes exactly, because traveling from Utah County to Salt Lake County, there was an accident that delayed him. The receptionist told me the doctor sees "hundreds" of patients in a day (every 15 minutes X an 8 hour work day would be 32 patients). The patient is not the priority here.
