My husband and I booked online and even got an email saying we were confirmed for that time but when we got there it turns out booking online isn’t honored and that personal txt msgs to the owner is. So because they were now overbooked she lied and said ours never scheduled and the other client who just txted her was taken instead. Not a professional way to run a business.
Linda is the most skillful artist I have encountered in my 20 years of getting deep tissue massage. Not sure I expected that level of artistry when I booked my appointment I highly recommend a deep tissue massage and request Linda
Unfortunately went here when I was pregnant. When I booked I asked if that was okay and they said yes. It was not - they had no idea what to do and I was extremely uncomfortable. The atmosphere is creepy and strange, and they don’t pick up the phone but will immediately text your number back. Finally, the lady at the front desk coughed openly into and inches from my face without any effort made to cover it up - now I’m sick with something respiratory two days later and can’t take anything because, again, I’m pregnant.
A clean, well-established setting with skilled massage therapists. Go with the Groupon for great pricing, Ya Lee is a wonderful masseuse, very relaxing, private, the hot stones are amazing. Great experience all around.
Massage was rushed. Paid for 30 mins and got maybe 15 mins. They want you to pay a tip before going back to the room so they can rush through it and keep the money
