My appointment was scheduled at 9:00 I arrived at 8:50 then the front office ask me for my insurance card and I told her that I uploaded it then she was able to find it and stated they needed to verify my insurance I asked why now they should’ve verified this prior to the appointment so I waited and everyone that had arrived after me were called bac. Love Dr Glenn. She did so much for me during both my pregnancies. My babies wouldn’t be thriving today without her true dedication and commitment to excellence.
I have gone to Dr Glenn’s office since I was 15 and she has delivered all 3 of my babies I’m 23 now, I have still gone to her even when her MAs and front office were unprofessional towards me because I’m a young mom and have made me cry on serval different occasions. I just found out I was pregnant with my 4th so I called to schedule an appointment and they let me know they didn’t have any openings.
