This is not Sunny Isle! Most of the pictures are wrong. This is Lehman Property. This apartment is the worse apartment I have EVER lived in, in my life. Roaches, bad plumbing, rude office staff, very slow and rude. You constantly have to call them about maintenence request. They have large water heaters in the room that constantly go out and you have to wash in cold water. They have electrical issues and water issues. They do not care about their residents. **** I have to give it a star so it can post the review, but I rate this place the Worst (no Stars)***** This place is HORRIBLE and the apartments across from them are run by the same company both are HORRIBLE. The plumbing is bad, if you don't mind feces in your apartment and outside your apartment, leaks, your ceiling coming down leaving holes in your ceiling, mice, rude management, not being able to use the restroom because the "maintenance " guy doesn't know what he is doing then this is the place for you.
