Caring and friendly staff. Good coffee. Nice renovated rooms. Easy parking available.

Mom did okay in skilled nursing. Was walking 35-50 ft with help. But didn't have in-home help. June encouraged us to let her stay in custodial care for 2-4weeks, so that she could exercise 5 days a week and get a little stronger. In those 4 weeks, she was exercised twice, not 20 times. She has 3 teeth and wasn't getting her food cut and started losing weight. In 4 weeks, she went from 168lbs to 142lbs. So initially The Pavillions was great. The staff (that I met, including front desk, RN, CN, physical therapist) were awesome. However, there was an incident that occurred that makes me question this place. My mom had an IV inserted and a drip attached. Well at night it started to leak. She informed the night nurse and they said they would be back to fix it. They came back 2 hours later and nothing was done.
