We referred to Dr. Chen by my regular dentist. Went in with excruciating pain after half of a root canal done elsewhere. Linda was exceptionally welcoming and did what she could to make me feel better. They fit me in during their busy day so I am very thankful for that. Once in the room, both assistants kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. In walks Dr. Chen with a great smile that I had to smile back at even tho my whole face hurt!! I will never recommend this place. We got screwed twice. Very bad business practice. They will tell you that your insurance won't pay, right after they do your procedure or check up. Manager doesn't know what she's doing & very unprofessional.
