I've tried a few other carpet cleaning services over the years but no one has even come close to matching the quality of work, care, and professionalism that is provided by the entire Sunny Hills Chem-Dry team! My relatively new carpeting which had never been cleaned before looks worse than before it was cleaned. They had to come 5 times to try and correct the problem and still not what it looked like before. This company should have tested an area before cleaning - something in their product was inferior. The attempt to correct the problem was taken seriously, however, the damage is their responsibility which I have chosen not to pursue...would never recommend them .

I recently contacted Rainbow ChemDry to clean my carpets. My carpets are over 10 years old, so were in need of a very thorough cleaning. The price was extremely reasonable. The technician gave me detailed information on what was going to be done and how much it was going to be “prior” to performing the services, so I didn’t incur any unexpected hidden cost. They did a fantastic job! I will definitely be using them again in the future :)
