Hired them to install a steam shower enclosure. On the first visit to install enclosure the first panel shattered and damaged my Schluter rondec trim and tiles because they tried to forced an incorrectly sized panel in. When they returned with the new panel the door wouldn’t fit so they had to take it back to shop to shave. In doing so they removed the glazed finish on edge and painted it to cover it up.
