Sorin and his team were great, quick, professional, and did an amazing job. They measured, sent shop drawings, and installed our shower door and mirror within a week. Highly recommend!
Terrible jobs. Sorin - the owner was giving attitude when we complained about the damaged conditions of the mirror when it arrived. He actually hung up the phone himself and blocked our number when we needed help!! Very unprofessional and still not received the refund that they said they would process. Paid $550 for fixing mirror cracks but ended up with more scratches and damages.
5.29.25 9:30am Scheduled an appointment for an estimate a day prior. I called twice to follow up. Third time I called. I got through and left a message. (2 hours later) They called me and gave me an attitude for my review. I told him I would remove , once they arrive and do an estimate. But he was clearly in his feelings. The gentlemen said and qoute " I dont even think we want the job " . My response : " No problem. My review will remain. Have a good day " *** Don't waste your time ***
Dealt directly with the owner: very courteous, reliable, and professional. Quick service. Will definitely use again, considering they also work on plexiglass. A+
