I went for a foot reflexology massage with my partner. While the massage itself was decent, the overall experience was very disappointing due to multiple service issues. Very good place to be relaxed and relief pain.
went for a massage today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. When I arrived, I asked about the different services (reflexology vs. massage), and the therapist seemed irritated by my questions. During the session, I told her several times that the pressure was too hard and asked her to be more gentle, but she ignored me and continued with the same intensity. I can’t say enough good things about this spa. I had been struggling with body pain for months and the constant discomfort was affecting my sleep and mood. After just one session , I felt a level of relief I hadn’t experienced in a long time!! By the end of the session, the tightness and soreness had melted away. I slept peacefully for the first time in weeks!!
