We went for a couples massage. It wasn't a problem to get in without a reservation. But they didn't speak English well, didn't ask what type of massage we wanted, didn't wait til we were fully undressed and under the sheet to come in. My wife has a shoulder injury and the gal was trying to stretch it out beyond what the arm could do.
