When into the shop with a broken phone screen. Asked how long it would take to repair. Staff kept everything simple, gave me a quote for £70. Came back two days later to collect the phone, staff were all welcoming.

Excellent service and good products I needed a new phone holder for my car. The man at the shop was very kind, helpful and patient. I now have the right item in my car and I'm pleased that this great local business was there, rather than using Amazon / eBay. Thanks, Pete.

Really bad screen repair experiece for my child white samsung phone, only year in and display broke after it fell. He promised to provide screen repair within 24hrs. Today I received a phone back having side pannel changed to a different colour (blue) which was not part of the repair and scratches on the back panel caused during the repair. At the time of collection, no apology for tge damage by the shopkeeper and claimed that is how they provide service at their factory. I like to try and fix things myself and bought a replacement screen for my son's phone on eBay. Even though I have fixed this phone before, this time it didn't work so I brought it into the store for assessment. It turns out I had been sent a faulty screen by the eBay seller, so I let Sunny phones fix it for me. Shopkeeper is a very helpful guy, so much so I thought I'd make the effort to give a good review and wish him success 👍
