Honestly cant even think about giving star this company is the worst company i use drivers told me how company take more then 60% and drivers have to pay dispatcher Harry out of each check 10% or share there tips money or they wont get jobs Harry cousin runs office so no one can say anything to him its a shame driver works all day and sunny takes 60% and Harry manager takes 10% and driver gets 30% to take home after its driver car and driver gas and driver tolls its like slavery i was shocked when 1st driver told me then 3 t... read more

i use to drive for sunny's. There dispatcher HARRY ask me to give him 10% or half of my gratuity and that's when he can take care of me, And i have to send that money to his country so no one can know in office. i told him its not fair we come out and work so hard and He said i was joking. He hang up the phone. Few days later i was fired and i was told passenger complain

The drivers all very polite and helpful, however they always seem overly exhausted from their long hours of driving. I was told by a few of the drivers that the dispatchers always force them to work extra hours. Some of them drive more than 16 hours a day. They aren’t allowed to complain to anyone for support. This can cause a lot of accident and it’s dangerous in my opinion. I won’t recommend this car service.

A few weeks ago I used this service from JFK to the city, it was a meet and greet, the drivers name was Jose Gutierrez he was so courteous and patient as he had to wait due to our flight being delayed. When we got to his Suburban, he had cold water bottles waiting for us with wet wipes and candies. He even let us know all the nice sights in the city to visit. Car was immaculate by the way. I highly recommend you request this driver!
