Incredibly caring, competent and so professional! Sunny Coast is extremely easy to reach and to deal with and Dr. Koivu is everything anyone could ever hope to find in a veterinarian: she is so very knowledgeable and thorough and is so compassionate (both to the animal and the owner!).
