Our limo that we booked was broken down and needed repair. When reached out to Sunny a few days before the wedding, he mentioned giving us an upgraded Hummer Limo at no extra cost. We appreciated him trying to make it work and understand things happen so we kindly agreed. The day of our wedding the Hummer limo pulled up to pick us up with no air conditioning on a very hot day. Horrible limo service! Hidden charges which were revealed at pick up. The driver made us late for our large group dinner reservation, and on top of that when we asked for the pick-up time to be flexible by 30 minutes, the owner was very rude and claimed that "this is not a taxi service". Well...we are paying money exactly for the limo taxi service. On top of that, the driving felt unsafe and erratic.
